About Us
stjosephsfuengirola.com - was set up in 2017 to promote St Joseph the Worker Chapel in Fuengirola Costa Del Sol Spain. St Joseph’s provides an English spoken Mass each day in Fuengirola for ex-pats and holiday makers alike. Full details of the chapel and times of Mass are provided on the St Joseph’s website.
As the website developed it included prayers, devotions and eventually Daily Mass. It was decided that these should be separated to provide an on-line prayer book for use on cell phones as well as desktops, ipads etc.
Thus the World of our Lord was born. Following the success of the project it became part of the Only in God Group.
However we have through testimonials, dialogue etc realised there is a growing basic awareness among people to the closeness and love of God through trust in our Lord, and handing our lives and daily concerns over to Him. It is this we wish to give credence to and publicise.
To achieve this state let go of problems, stop worrying and trying to resolve them within ourselves.
Believe, trust and allow the Lord to rescue us and supply our wants, our needs and resolve problems as only He can.
To assist in this process we feature the novena of
'O Jesus I surrender myself to You, take care of everything.'
You will see in this novena much of what the Lord wants flies in the face of normal inclination and reason. We can only rise to this level of thinking through the grace of God and with the help of the Holy Spirit.
We also feature the remarkable life story of
a truly great witness of the beauty of the Cross and total surrender to the will of God
We are fortified in all of this by prayer, the Mass, adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, novenas all of which are available here. We stand with Mary at the foot of the cross of Jesus in silent adoration of our crucified Lord.
There is no greater mercy than to help people save their souls, to propagate the true Catholic doctrine and to live this message in all its fullness - all for the greater honour and glory of the Father.
This, using modern technology is what we pledge to do.
