Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me, a sinner
We adore your cross O Lord, we praise and glorify your Holy Resurrection, for behold, because of the wood of a tree joy has come to the whole world.
Jesus said “Truly I say to you, ask and it will be given you, seek and you will find, knock and it will be opened to you". Behold I knock, I seek and ask for the grace of (your request)
Our Father, Hail Mary, Glory be to the Father.
Sacred Heart of Jesus, I place all my trust in You
We can never tire of encountering Jesus. If we GENUINELY talk to him, listen to His Word and receive Him in the Eucharist we WILL come to know Him. God grant us the grace of hearing Him and listening to Him when HE TALKS to us.
I am the living bread which has come down from heaven,
says the Lord.
Anyone who eats this bread will live for ever.
O Lord Jesus Christ, You have given us Your precious Body and Blood to be our meat and drink, grant that through frequent reception of You in the Holy Eucharist, I may be strengthened in mind and body to do Your holy will. Amen.
The day before his death on the Cross, Christ instituted the Eucharist in the Upper Room. He also offered bread and wine, which "in his sacred hands" (Roman Canon) became his Body and his Blood, offered in sacrifice. Thus he fulfilled the prophecy of the old covenant.
Lord by your passion death and resurrection lead us all to eternal life
because by your holy cross You have redeemed the world
O Jesus, I abandon myself to you. Jesus, you take over.
The death of Jesus to any objective observer seems like utter failure, to believe in the Lord seems stupid, but those with the eyes of faith can see the power of love in that death.
Jesus by your cross you redeemed me. I have done nothing to deserve this. Each time I sin I drive the nails deeper the thorns tighter. Yet you said ‘Father forgive them for they know not what they do’ What a wonderful God we have. By your cross give me the strength to sin no more
This is God’s love. Look at the Crucifix and say to yourself: “God loves me.” It’s true, there are these limitations, these weaknesses, these sins, but He is greater than the limitations and the weaknesses and the sins.
Christ by your cross you redeemed us. By your rising and ascension you provide us with hope. By the gift of your Eucharist you provide us with the sustainance and strength for our daily journey through life.
I thank You, Divine Priest, for offering Yourself as a Sacrifice daily upon our altars in adoration and homage to the Most Blessed Trinity, and for making amends for our poor and miserable adorations.
May the people Your Son gained for You by His Blood come to share in the power of His Cross and Resurrection by celebrating His Memorial in this Eucharist, for He lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever. Amen.
The Eucharist is the body and blood of Christ given by him to us as described in John 6. Some of his disciples left Him and he said to Peter if he was going. Peter said no Lord - You have the message of eternal life. Thank you Jesus for this great gift. May it strengthen us.
O Lord Jesus Christ, Who said to Your Apostles: "Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you," regard not my sins but the faith of Your Church, and deign to give her peace and unity according to Your Will: Who live and reign, God, world without end. Amen.
O Jesus, since You have left us a remembrance of Your Passion beneath the veils of this Sacrament, grant us, we pray, so to venerate the sacred mysteries of Your Body and Blood that we may always enjoy the fruits of Your Redemption, for You live and reign forever. Amen.
Dear Jesus, meek and mild,
help me live the simple life,
free from sin's uneasy strife;
sweetly ignorant of ill,
just innocent and happy still.
My Jesus, pardon and mercy, by the merits of Thy Holy Wounds. Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, I trust in Thee!
I prostrate myself before your holy image, o most gracious infant Jesus, to offer you my most fervent thanks for the blessings you have bestowed on me
The joy of the Christian comes from faith and from the encounter with Jesus Christ, the reason for our happiness. The more we are rooted in Christ, the more we find inner serenity, even in the midst of everyday contradictions
O my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of hell, and lead all souls to Heaven especially those in most need of thy mercy. Amen.
Jesus. By Your loving care protect the good You have given me. Open my eyes to the wonders of Your Love that I may serve You with a willing heart
With Jesus everything is possible.
Grant, we beseech Thee, O Lord, that in the hour of our death we may be refreshed by Thy holy Sacraments and delivered from all guilt, and so deserve to be received with joy into the arms of Thy mercy. Through Christ our Lord.
Lord God, give us the grace to prepare for our last hour by a devout and holy life, and protect us against a sudden and unprovided death. Let us remember our frailty and mortality, that we may always live in the ways of your commandments. Teach us to "watch and pray"
Lord Jesus, pour into us the spirit of Thy love, that in the hour of our death we may be worthy to vanquish the enemy and attain unto the heavenly crown: Who livest and reignest, world without end. Amen.
Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament, have mercy on us.
Jesus’ mission in the world consists of “liberation from personal and social sin and the slavery that it produces”.
He came to earth to give back to men the dignity and freedom of the children of God, which only He can give.
Do not receive Christ in the Blessed Sacrament so that you may use him as you judge best, but give yourself to him and let him receive you in this Sacrament, so that he himself, God your saviour, may do to you and through you whatever he wills.
Satan is alive and well. How fortunate we are in having a loving God who gave his only Son to redeem save and strengthen us. I pray Lord Jesus that when my time comes to meet You, that I will know You, and know You as a friend.
Lord, help me to hear You calling me to stop what I’m doing and to simply rest in Your divine presence. May I find those moments every day in which I can be refreshed in Your presence. Jesus, I trust in You.
O Lord, give us Your grace
that we may love what is truly perfect
and neither speak nor do evil.
May we celebrate Your love
with everyone we meet
today and everyday.
